In case you’ve missed any in this series, there is still time to enjoy all the fun St. Patrick’s day activities we’ve done this year.
Here’s what we’ve done so far:
St. Patrick’s Day Roll & Cover Game
St. Patrick’s Day Line Tracing Sheet
Rainbow Counting Activity
This rainbow counting activity is probably one of our simplest ones yet. Here’s what you need to do this with your kids – whether at home or in the classroom.
Directions
It’s as easy as it looks.
- Print the activity sheet.
- Have your children add dot stickers to each open coin spot in the rainbow.
- You can also use dot markers to fill in the coins or simply color them with crayons or markers.
- Count the coins on each color of the rainbow and write that number in the corresponding box on the right side of the page.
And done. It’s a fun way to practice counting, use fine motor skills to color/sticker, and handwriting to write the numbers.
